Tracking appears in Your Orders the moment the parcel exists, and Amazon's delivery support can see your box in a way we never can — for anything mid-flight, their pages are the fast channel.

One note from experience: chargeable gear — the fountain, the Sprint balls, the motion plush — ships with the battery mostly discharged, as transport rules require. Give a new arrival a full charge on a 5V/1A adapter before its first mission; half the 'defective on arrival' reports are simply an empty tank.
